This one-to-one SOMA Breath session is a deeply guided and personalised breathwork experience, created specifically around you.
Using conscious, rhythmic breathing, music and intention, the session supports your body in releasing built-up stress, calming the nervous system and restoring emotional and mental clarity. Each session is adapted to your current state – whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, mentally fatigued, emotionally blocked or simply in need of grounding.
You’ll be guided safely and intuitively throughout, with space for reflection and integration at the end.
