SOMA Breath is a guided breathwork and meditation practice that combines conscious, rhythmic breathing, music and deep relaxation.

It helps regulate the nervous system, improve oxygen efficiency and support emotional and mental clarity – leaving you grounded, energised, and calm.

It’s a space to relieve stress and gently realign your body’s natural rhythms.

What to Expect:
